RETURN POLICY 

• Midwest Moxie Co Glady offers Returns on all items purchased @ full price. If items purchased were on sale or purchased with discount codes they are not eligible for return. 

• If Your Fully Priced order/item is Over $150: To Start your FREE return send an email to hello@midwestmoxieco.com
• In the email include the following:
• Order Number ( You will find this in your confirmation email).    
• Reason For Return
• Item/Items In Return
• I will email you back a return label & all you’ll have to do is package the items, attach the return label and drop it off at your nearest USPS. Easy Peasy🤗
• Once I receive your return I will process it within 2 business days. I will issue your refund in the form of Store Credit that will be sent to you via email in the form of a gift card. This will be for the price the items were purchased at. Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit. 
• Return Window: Must Be Postmarked Within 30 Days Of Order Date 

• If Your Fully Priced order/item is Under $150: You Have Two Options For Returning
• A FIRST OPTION: Return The Items Using Your Own Postage To The address Below:

• Once I receive your return I will process it within 2 business days. I will issue your refund in the form of Store Credit that will be sent to you via email in the form of a gift card. This will be for the price the items were purchased at. Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.

• Items Not Eligible For Returns Are As Follows:
• Any Items/orders that were not purchased at Full Price
• Any items purchased at a sale price, or using discount codes, or flash sales 
• Any Items Under The Accessories Tab: Examples Include Jewelry, Sunglasses, Bags, Hats 
• Bralettes, Leggings, Camis or any other Seamless wear, Bodysuits
•  Items under the "Last Chance" tab  

• Returns must be Postmarked within 30 days of the order date. 

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached in original condition for store credit that will be sent via email in the form of a gift card. 

• Please return shoes in their original box and place inside an additional box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage.

SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders over $150 will receive FREE shipping. Orders under $150 will be charged only $7 for flat rate shipping. Return shippings on orders over $150 is FREE.
